Cancellation Policy

BANK TRANSFER DETAILS: NAME: Julie Vella BSB: 734-219 ACC: 507263 Bookings: Reservations must be made in advance to secure a time slot for the private dog park. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Duration and Time Slots: Each private dog park hire is for 45 minutes per block. Time slots must be strictly adhered to, and the park must be vacated promptly at the end of the designated time. ​ Access and Entry: Only individuals who have made a reservation and received confirmation are permitted to access the private dog park. Entry to the park is granted only during the reserved time slot. Safety and Liability: The management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur within the park premises. Dog owners are solely liable for any injuries or damages caused by their pets. All park users must ensure the safety of their dogs and other park visitors. Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before booking are eligible for a reschedule. Contact Julie at 0413 226 169 to rebook. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a loss of payment.
